Lloyd and I both wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new home. We appreciate the way you handled the entire process of selling our old house and negotiating the buying of our "new" home. Lloyd's schedule doesn't always allow us to make appointments but you were always there for us, even though it sometimes meant only a few hours notice. You got us into see our house very promptly.
